fyi: that republic of thieves date is not official! other sites are saying it will be this fall, but but nothing is official until scott lynch shouts it from the rooftops. not sure if that's actually better or worse though!
Ooooh, so I’m not crazy. I had thought I remembered seeing dates for this fall earlier, but then when I was looking yesterday all I saw was 2013. Though as you say, neither is super reliable.

Hello Panda cookies! Baked into bite-sized brownies! Just make your favorite brownie batter (my recipe is here), scoop a spoonful into each mini cupcake tin, then plop a panda cookie on top. Easy and adorable! If you’d rather hide your surprise inside, just press the cookie into the brownie batter and cover it up with a little bit more batter. No one will know it’s there until they take a bite. Cute!
